The following are some common reiki practices: in person reiki (client lies on a table and the practitioner lightly places or hovers his/her hands over various parts of the body to shift energy on a physical, mental/emotional, or an energetic/spiritual level), distance reiki (can be done anywhere/anytime, practitioner and client do not have to be in the same location) and reiki infusion (items and spaces can be infused with high-vibrational, positive reiki energy). Reiki promotes health & well-being. Varies per individual, but you may experience deep relaxation, increased energy and improved mood. It may also increase mental clarity and awareness, assisting you in your personal development journey.

Relax & unwind with a 45 minute in person reiki healing session. Includes aromatherapy and sound bath.
